Client Care Team
Our Receptionists are the first point of contact at County’s End, and therefore represent the company by being presentable, understanding and polite at all times.
The receptionists roles are vital as they handle all external calls, arrange appointments, deal with insurance claims, organise repeat prescriptions and answer clients queries via phone or in person alongside dealing with a wide range of other responsibilities.Judy Pass
Judy started working at County’s End in April 1999 and has seen many changes over the years! Her role as Practice Supervisor is very varied. As well as working on reception, Judy is also responsible for dealing with all aspects of Pet Insurance, coordinating the ImPAWtant Pets Club, resolving account queries, staff recruitment and secretarial duties. Judy also enjoys meeting clients and she has made some good friends with some over the years!
Judy is usually available at the practice in the mornings, and we recommend calling before 1pm with insurance queries. Judy has a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Nell and in her spare time, likes to go shopping and going out for meals with the family. She also goes caravanning at the weekends and likes to take time off to sun herself while sailing the sea on cruises around the world!
Leona is our occasional afternoon receptionist and also assists clients on Saturdays. She has a wealth of experience of customer care in and out of the veterinary practice setting. Amongst her varied duties, Leona takes calls from clients who need an appointment, deals with client accounts and much more. She is also on hand from time to time to help with the running of Tanglewood, our luxury feline apartments next door to County’s End. Leona is the proud owner of a standard poodle called Alfie.
Ryan joined County’s End Veterinary Practice in 2017 following work experience in all areas of the practice. Ryan has a zoology degree, graduating in 2012 from the University of Salford and hopes to pursue his long-term goal of working within the veterinary clinical arena. For now, Ryan is a popular, friendly face to welcome clients to County’s End during the afternoons and on Saturdays.
