Repeat Prescriptions

 Please allow 24 hours if needing a repeat prescription to ensure that the details can be checked by a vet and that the items can be re-stocked from our wholesaler if necessary. The maximum legal period of dispensing repeat prescriptions without a veterinary check up is 6 months; then we will need to organise an appointment with you and your pet. 

During this case assesment appointment, we will do a full health check to see if the medication and the dosage is suiting your pet comfortably. There is a possibility that we will need to do some blood tests to see diagnostic evidence the medication your pet is on is working.

Prescription Food

We keep in stock a large selection of both Hills and Royal Canin diets, however, if you are wanting to pick up some prescription food, then you are best off ringing ourselves to make sure we have some in stock. 

We may need to order some food in for you which will take 24 hours, unless you call on Friday or over the weekend when it will take between 48 and 72 hours.
