Reception Area

Our waiting room offers a warm, spacious and friendly environment where we welcome you and your pet. 

The reception area is run mainly by Judy the practice supervisor who works in the morning and by Marie the receptionist who works in the afternoon and evening. They recognise that they are first point of contact and therefore represent the company by being presentable, understanding and polite at all times. 

The receptionists roles are vital as they handle all external calls, arrange appointments, deal with insurance claims, organise repeat prescriptions and answer clients queries via phone or in person alongside dealing with a wide range of other responsibilities. 

Our waiting room has separate seating areas for you and your companion to reduce stress and offer individual privacy while waiting. There are also a selection of magazines for you to read, a small range of facilities to keep the little ones occupied, a notice-board for your information and complimentary fresh tea and coffee on offer at all times.

We also have a 'shop' in our reception area, where we sell all major Hills Prescription Diets and a variety of pet care products such as vitamins & supplements and dental hygiene products.
