24 hour emergency service

All emergencies are dealt with here, on site, by our own staff. This is one of the requirements of being a Veterinary Hospital.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to treat your pet.

We do not ask you to travel to an emergency out of hours centre, unlike most other local practices.

If the emergency is during regular office hours, please proceed immediately to our hospital. If at all possible, please call in advance, or while you are on the road so that we can better serve you and your distressed pet upon arrival.

After regular office hours please call our normal number 0161 620 4900 and you will speak to staff who are on-call for medical emergencies. We will answer questions about your pets’ condition, advise you of emergency fees, and coordinate your arrival to the hospital.
